Notes to the Price List:

• All prices stated above are per cottage, per week.
• Short breaks available – please contact us for full details.
• No fixed changeover days, please contact us for exact availability and pricing for stays of alternative durations.
• All prices are for self catering accommodation and include VAT, heat/light/electric, bed linen, towels and a welcome pack (typically consisting of fresh flowers, fruit juice from Hook Farm fruit, tea/coffee/sugar, milk, cereal, bread, butter, eggs)
• Comprehensive laundry facilities are also available, and we ask for a contribution of £1 per load of washing or drying to cover the cost of water, electric etc.

Booking Conditions & Cancellation Policy

Bookings are confirmed in writing upon receipt of a deposit equal to 25% of the total accommodation cost.  Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.  The balance of the accommodation cost is due upon arrival.  On receipt of the booking confirmation, all guests should check the booking details and contact the Woolford family as soon as possible to amend or cancel any part of the booking.

Arrivals and Departures Procedures

On arrival please park in the parking spaces in front of the cottages.  Keys are available either from Jane & James in the Granary to the left of the cottages or from Claire & Richard in the Farmhouse to the right of the cottages.

Cottages are available for occupancy at 3pm on the day of arrival, and we kindly ask guests to vacate cottages by 10am on the day of departure, unless alternative arrangements are agreed in advance.

We kindly ask guests to leave cottages in a clean and tidy condition as they were found.  We reserve the right to charge for any non-trivial damage or for cottages left in an unacceptable condition.  To maintain the high quality of the cottages, we regret that pets and smoking are not permitted.
