Booking Conditions & Cancellation Policy

Booking Conditions & Cancellation Policy Bookings are confirmed in writing upon receipt of a deposit equal to 25% of the total accommodation cost. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The balance of the accommodation cost is due upon arrival. On receipt of the booking confirmation, all guests should check the booking details and contact the Woolford family as soon as possible to amend or cancel any part of the booking. Cancellation insurance is not compulsory but strongly recommended to protect against the cancellation penalty above.
